What's the Job: Make up to 180 stops per day delivering packages from a Cargo Van in WICKER PARK, BUCKTOWN, MID NORTH DISTRICT, LINCOLN PARK, AND THE HOSPITAL DISTRICT.

What's the pay / benefits: $21.25 / hour, Paid Time Off, Health Insurance, 401k with 4% match, OT, $ Bonuses $, PAID Training, $5250 per year tuition assistance. We pay weekly, pay arriving FRIDAYS.

Minimum Requirements: No Experience Required, Driver's License (regular one), Can lift 50 lbs, 21 years old, must be able to commute to Cicero Station in 15 minutes or less, must work weekends for first 30 days, one weekend day thereafter, pass 4 panel drug screen.

When: We have an immediate need for team members NOW. We run shifts 7 days a week, 10 am - 8pm. Candidates MUST be on time. We have an attendance policy and you will be terminated if you cannot show up on time in the right uniform. No exceptions.

• DOT DRIVER: $22/hour - must be certified by JJ Keller (med cert, non CDL class C, Amazon training = pass)
• Senior Driver: (6 weeks of excellent quality, attendance, and speed) - $22.50 /hour , 8 hour guaranteed shift and hourly pay bonus if hitting quality / safety metrics.
• Senior Step Van Driver. $23 - 8 hour guarantee, no mandatory sweeping unless team emergency, and scheduling preference. Must hit quality / safety metrics for 8 hour guarantee and hourly pay bonus.
• Lead Driver. $23.50 - 8 hour guarantee, no mandatory sweeping unless team emergency, and scheduling preference. Must hit quality / safety metrics for 8 hour guarantee and hourly pay bonus.

Bruiser Trucking is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) operating out of Amazon Station DLN2 in Cicero, Illinois. We deliver packages and smiles to Chicagoans every day. We’re looking for dedicated individuals who are inspired and motivated to work smart and work hard in a team environment. As a delivery driver, you will be the face of our company while also representing Amazon and its values to our customers. It will be your job to consistently exceed customer expectations by making sure all orders are delivered with a smile, on time, safely, and to the right location. Currently, we are looking to fill full-time driving positions in Chicago (Cicero).

Delivery Driver Associate Responsibilities:

• Delivery Driver Requirements:We provide thorough on-the-job training so that all of our employees feel confident on the road and the doorsteps of Amazon customers. Our main priority is drivers that we can trust to drive safely and deliver on time.
• Be 21 years of age or older
• Holds a valid driver's license (no CDL required)
• Consent to Drug Test
• Has a good driving record
• Has a positive attitude
• Fluent in English (being bilingual is a bonus)
• Available to work weekends and holidays
• Can work from 10:30 am till 9:00 pm (20:00)
• Has a proven track record of reliability

Here's how that will work:
• Day 0 - Congratulations - we'll be in touch with onboarding steps and drug screening information. You'll have to fill out a few online forms, take a photo, and send us a copy of your driver's license.

Physical test ability

Candidates must successfully complete a physical test prior to hire, which includes walking 400 meters while carrying a 40-pound pack of water bottles in 5 minutes or less. The candidate must also lift the water case above their head and hold for 10 seconds. This will give you a good idea of what it’s like to be a delivery associate!

• Day 1 - Complete HR Onboarding, and prepare for your three days of training.
• Day 2 - Training! You'll learn how to use our delivery app, how to drive our vans, and get an introduction to the job. You will also learn how to properly wear our uniform, our standards for package delivery, and most importantly how to navigate your cargo van.
• Day 3 - Driving training continues!
• Day 4 - Bruiser Training begins! We will send you on a ride along with our dedicated trainer who has delivered hundreds of routes! You will learn from the best. We will make sure you know how to load your van efficiently, how to work with your managers, and how to have a great day everyday!
• Day 5 - You will ride with another senior driver to get more experience before being sent on the road solo.
• Day 6 - You will begin "nursery routes": these are routes with lower package counts designed to help you learn on the job. You will do these for up to three weeks.
• Once you're done with training you'll be a permanent part of the Bruiser Team!
