**This is a full-time, onsite position with flexible hours. Employee will receive generous compensation, an annual bonus and is eligible for sales commission. Applicant must reside in the Houston, TX area.**
The Associate Clinical Specialist (ACS) will provide ongoing clinical education, product training and technical support for the Wellsense VU; within Long-term care and ICU/Critical Care environments. The ACS will assist in identifying areas of opportunity to achieve goals related to the use of the VU for pressure injury prevention. The ACS will also assist in driving product engagement and adoption, integration into the customer’s clinical workflow and assisting the Sales team in driving expansion of the product at the facility and surrounding area/s.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide ongoing clinical education, product training and technical support
· Conduct demonstrations and inservices to healthcare personnel regarding the safe and effective use of the product
· Effectively present clinical literature and communicate value of product features
· Facilitate resolutions to questions or complaints
· Respond in a timely manner to any/all issues and take the appropriate corrective action/s
· Update software and settings when required
· Perform installs/uninstalls, monitoring and device troubleshooting
· Track product and activities within assigned platform/s
· Identify areas of opportunity for education within assigned care areas
· Assist in data collection for providing detailed weekly activity reports to Wellsense and Facility leadership
· Demonstrate effective time and priority management in a hospital setting, including travel and scheduling
· Maintain credentials enabling access to assigned facilities
