We're looking for someone who:Can assess ministry needs, prepare, and deliver talent proposals.Ensure the excellence and quality service delivery of the Production and Worship Talent Group's work product, project management, relationship development and overall ministry support.Function as the "problem solver" and primary support for ministries that may have any issues with the work product of the Productions and Worship Talent Groups.Demonstrate genuine care, passion and for the staff and volunteers being served by Kingdom One.Perform Talent work for multiple ministries and act as principal subject matter expert in the Productions and Worship Talent Groups. Our ideal candidate:Has 2+ years related experience in a ministry setting preferred.Is Proficient in Planning Center Online & AbletonIs comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment.Can work autonomously while meeting deadlines.Physical Requirements: May sit for extended periods of time with limited walking, standing, stooping, or bending.
