Shift Into Your New Role as a Parts Manager

Northgate Ford is seeking a qualified Parts Manager. The Parts Manager is responsible for all daily functions of the Parts Department including: inventory control, staff utilization, honesty, security, pricing, merchandising display, customer satisfaction, and dealership inter-department relations. Manufacturer experience / knowledge is a plus.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Current or recent experience as a Parts Manager or 3+ years as a Parts Counterperson
• Good working knowledge of Parts Dept., including but not limited to: Parts Dept. inventory control, service / retail counter sales, wholesale, manufacturer warranty procedures, training, and Parts Dept. accounting policies
• Computer skills to work in CDK and the electronic parts catalog daily
• High school graduate
• Satisfactory reference from current supervisor / pass a background check
