Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bilingual Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Pediatrician to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive care to children and adolescents, focusing on their physical and behavioral health needs. You will work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care for our young patients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pediatric care, including experience in infectious disease management and developmental disabilities.

What You'll Do

• As our Bilingual Pediatric Provider- MD or Nurse Practitioner , you will:
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to children from newborns to adolescents.
• Conduct well-child exams, diagnose and manage common pediatric illnesses, and provide preventative health education.
• Build trusting relationships with families, guiding them through every step of their child’s health journey.
• Collaborate with our caring, experienced team to create a warm, welcoming clinic environment where patients feel at ease & to develop individualized care plans for children with developmental disabilities.
• Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish to ensure seamless care for our diverse patient community.
• Administer injections and other necessary medical treatments as required.
• Provide care for patients with infectious diseases, ensuring appropriate treatment plans are followed.
• Engage in utilization review processes to optimize patient care and resource management.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with medical terminology standards.
• Educate patients and their families about health management, preventive care, and treatment options.
• Participate in behavioral health assessments and interventions when needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in Nevada (or eligible for licensure).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Passionate about pediatric care and patient advocacy.
• Alignment with our faith-based mission and values.
• Previous experience in a pediatric setting is essential, particularly in areas such as PICU or similar environments.
• Experience administering injections and conducting physical examinations.
• Knowledge of infectious disease care protocols.
• Experience working with children who have developmental disabilities.
