Job Overview:

Taylor Rental of Manchester is looking for a reliable and experienced Delivery Truck Driver to join our team. This is a full-time, seasonal position that requires operating a box truck to transport and deliver event rental equipment, including tents, tables, chairs, and more. The role demands physical strength, the ability to work in various weather conditions, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service .

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a box truck to transport rental equipment to and from event locations.
• Load and unload equipment, ensuring all items are delivered and set up correctly.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of tents, tables, chairs, and other rental items.
• Communicate professionally with customers and event staff to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
• Work in teams to complete deliveries efficiently and safely.
• Follow all safety procedures to prevent injury and equipment damage.

Qualifications:

• Prior box truck driving experience required .
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions .
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to follow schedules and adapt to changing event needs.
• Prior experience in event setup, warehouse work, or general labor is a plus but not required—training provided.
