We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to drive sales of our custom high-end cabinetry . This commission-based role is ideal for a self-driven professional with a strong background in luxury home design, cabinetry, or interior sales.

The successful candidate will leverage their industry knowledge and network to generate leads, build client relationships, and close sales. Experience with 2020 Design software is highly preferred to assist clients with visualizing their custom cabinetry projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively seek out and develop relationships with dealer and custom builder

• Utilize 2020 Design software to create detailed layouts and 3D renderings for client presentations.

• Generate and manage leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.

• Provide expert knowledge of cabinetry materials, finishes, hardware, and current design trends.

• Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts to clients.

• Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the company throughout the sales process.

• Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings to remain a knowledgeable resource for clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in luxury Cabinetry or home remodeling.

• Self-motivated and results-driven with strong negotiation and closing skills.

• 2020 Design software for generating visual presentations and layouts.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to establish trust with clients.

• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

• Reliable transportation to travel to client meetings and job sites.

Compensation:

Commission-based structure with unlimited earning potential.

• Flexible schedule – work as an independent contractor on your own terms.
