This is a unique opportunity to work in an ever changing and dynamic Consumer Packaged Goods organization running point on a wide range of critical activities. You will need to have the presence, judgment, and capability to represent the CEO in any capacity internally or externally. In this highly visible role, it is equally important that you be a strong individual contributor as much as a team player. You must be able to work independently with global leaders across the organization to drive operational efficiencies and cross-collaboration efforts. Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do:Reporting directly to the CEO, you will serve as an advisor and provide support for activities related to investor relations, media / communications, and other externally-facing activitiesAttend meetings and participate in projects with, or on behalf of, the CEO; manage pre-work, coordinate deliverables, facilitate meetings; and drive accountability for follow-through following those meetingsPrepare crisp presentations for executive, board, and other key stakeholders; provide briefs and support to the CEO ahead of internal and external meetings; and drive collaboration and coordination cross-functionallySupport internal communications related to business priorities, deliverables and risksOrganize and prioritize critical issues and information to facilitate efficient decision making by the CEOATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:Basic Qualifications:MBA preferred8+ years of experience in banking, or other financial services, in support of public company activityExperience in financial analysis, external investor engagement, executive-level presentation development1-3 years of experience serving as proxy to CEO of a publicly traded, global organization; demonstrating excellent executive presence and judgment Demonstrated experience partnering externally with investors, media, and other outside stakeholders and third partiesExperience integrating large amounts of information, while applying critical thinking to generate insightsProven ability to execute on multiple requests in a timely manner; showcasing organizational skillsGrowth Mindsets:Experience seeking out learning opportunities for yourselfAbility to adapt to new environmentsRelying on your resilience and influential ability, partner with internal colleagues cross-functionally, and with global teams, to liberate thinking and drive outcomes.Preferred Qualifications:Consumer Product Goods (CPG) industry experienceCombined consulting and operational experienceAt SharkNinja, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are vital to our global success.
