Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per year

We are a a full service general contracting firm offering an array of personnel, trades, and experience to ensure the completion of your project on time and under budget. Projects include ground up and renovations for the commercial sector: retail, industrial, healthcare, k12.

Job Details
Overseeing the successful completion of a project and can work in a wide variety of fields.
Responsible for the execution of plans and procedures for projects.
Communicate with staff and clients, make decisions and monitor the progress of the project to keep it on schedule as well as communicating with company executives about the state of the project and adjusting if necessary to meet new requirements.
Ability to work on multiple projects - 4 full service + 6 smaller projects
Procore experience
Retail experience is a strong plus
Ability to work in a fast paced environment on multiple projects in various stages
Travel ~ 10%
In office with site visits
