Job Description

Job Title: CRM Specialist High-Tech Industry

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, and optimize the CRM system to meet business needs.
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Integrate CRM with other business systems (ERP, marketing automation, sales platforms).
  • Ensure data integrity, segmentation, and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Analyze CRM data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Train and support teams on CRM best practices and system usage.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders.
  • Automate workflows and improve CRM efficiency through customization and scripting.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • CRM administration and management experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of CRM data structures, workflows, and automation.
  • Experience with API integrations and third-party tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and IT teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience in the high-tech industry is a plus.
  • Federal Experience is a plus.
  • Required Security clearance.
