• Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or deficiencies and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work for reporting and reference purposes.
• Follow data entry procedures and company standards to ensure consistency and quality.
• Retrieve and organize data as required by team members or management.
• Protect the confidentiality of sensitive information by adhering to company data security policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related fields is a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry or related roles preferred.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with database management software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle repetitive tasks with consistency.
