$25 - $28 hourly

• Greet and assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures in a welcoming manner
• Handle incoming emails and phone calls promptly and courteously
• Efficiently coordinate and schedule appointments
• Present and discuss treatment plans with patients
• Provide pre-treatment cost estimates to patients and communicate effectively
• Confirm appointments booked through Zoc Doc and online platforms
• Update and maintain the daily schedule, including follow-up and recall reports
• Work closely with dentists and support staff to deliver exceptional service
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills consistently

• Proficiency in utilizing Dentrix software is required for effective communication within the practice setting
• A courteous and task-oriented approach is essential for interacting with patients and staff
• Strong teamwork skills are necessary for successful collaboration within the practice
• Motivation and compassion towards patient care are highly valued qualities
• Previous experience in dental receptionist duties is preferred
• Enthusiasm and passion for the field of dentistry are key attributes we seek
• A goal-oriented mindset focused on productivity is important for this role
• Exceptional customer service skills are a must to ensure top-tier patient care delivery
• Flexibility in scheduling to meet practice needs is required for this position
