$100,000 - $120,000 + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets
• Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback
• Collaborate with senior management to align marketing strategies with overall company goals and objectives
• Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, promotional materials, and advertising campaigns
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and opportunities for growth
• Manage digital marketing initiatives, including website content, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to enhance brand visibility and reputation
• Stay informed about industry trends, consumer preferences, and technological advancements to ensure competitive advantage

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management or related field – Master’s degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in a Senior Marketing role within the hospitality industry
• Operates with a sense of urgency and strives for higher standards
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a very fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting marketing data to drive decision-making
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation in marketing
