Responsibilities include: Supervising customer service associates and designated hitters, managing front end operations, and making recommendations for Pharmacy and Retail Store operations. Supporting the Store Manager in overall store operations, including managing schedules, merchandise, store assets, and store sales and profitability. Leading and managing store team members, including recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline. Leading people through training, mentoring, and performance management to develop future leaders. Participating in Store Manager training programs and self-development activities. Maintaining effective communication within the team and supporting store strategy planning. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, including supervisory experience or completion of Walgreens Community Internship Program. Leadership skills, strong communication, and business acumen. Willingness to work flexible hours and accept promotion opportunities. Fluency in English (except Puerto Rico).
