Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our team. As a Communications Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Communications department in various tasks to ensure effective communication both internally and externally. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about communications, eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Pay :

$23.50 - $32.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and editing written and visual content for internal and external communications materials such as press releases, newsletters, blog posts, and social media updates.
• Monitor and track media coverage and compile media reports.
• Support the planning and coordination of corporate events, including logistics, invitations, and promotional materials.
• Assist in maintaining and updating the company's website and social media channels.
• Conduct research and provide insights on industry trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all communication channels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with graphic design software.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
