Role Overview: As the Entry Level Health IT Consultant, you will support health systems in delivering effective virtual care for adult and pediatric patients. You’ll communicate with digital health leaders, clinicians, and sometimes directly with patients and families to ensure successful program implementation.

Key Responsibilities for Entry Level Health IT Consultant:

  • Build strong relationships with health system partners to enhance their use of the Locus platform.
  • Help with program planning and execution to meet strategic goals.
  • Provide creative solutions and support to users of the platform.
  • Analyze workflows and data to support future projects.
  • Address operational inquiries and training needs promptly.

Qualifications for Entry Level Health IT Consultant:

  • Bachelor’s or Masters degree in technology, public health, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1+ years of experience in Health IT, digital health, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and program management skills.
  • A genuine interest in helping patients improve their health.
  • Must be comfortable working onsite approximately 50% of the time with key customers.

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with health systems or clinical environments.
  • Any experience in project management or consulting is a plus.
