Job Description

• Regular Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues.
• Maintenance Tasks: Perform general maintenance tasks, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
• Repairs: Conduct minor and major repairs on building structures and systems, including plumbing, electrical, controls, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Preventive Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance to avoid potential breakdowns and malfunctions.
• Equipment Management: Install and set up new equipment and machinery and maintain an inventory of repair equipment and supplies.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
• Documentation: Document all installation, repair, and maintenance activities.

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience is required.

• Performs general facility maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping on automated conveyor systems.
• Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
• Performs prescribed preventative maintenance on machinery and the building or grounds, as required.
• Maintain MHE batteries as required. Uses judgment to plan, perform, troubleshoot, and problem-solve in performance of all maintenance tasks.
• May be required to work on off shift and/or weekends and must be available for call-in activity.
• Basic electrical knowledge of 12-volt, 24-volt AC/DC power.
• Basic electrical knowledge of 120V/208V power.
• Basic electrical knowledge of 277V/480V power.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Basic knowledge of the Work Order process (SAP).
