Job Description
We are looking for an experienced gutter installer looking to move up to a crew chief level position. We have a complete rig to run gutters including ladders, gutter machine and tools, we just need you! You will be an employee of a fast growing renovation business in one of the best markets in the Atlanta metro area.
RESPONSIBILITIES - Understands and executes work orders in a timely and professional manner and be able to communicate with customers and senior management
- Maintains clean, organized work areas and securely stores equipment and supplies
- Inspects work for the highest quality
- Attention to detail when working at customer's property
- Follows all safety policies and procedures
- Be able to manage one or two other installers to maximize productivity
QUALIFICATIONS - At least one year successfully installing gutters on residential properties
- Good customer service skills
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Quality conscious and detail-oriented
- Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be willing to undergo and pass a criminal background check
Compensation: Pay is based on amount installed; $1.00 per ft for crew chief, 75 cents a foot for helper and $2.50 per ft for 3 man crew
