Job Description: Our client is looking for a strong HRIS Benefits Analyst to support their HR technology initiatives, benefits administration, and time-off management. This role includes system configuration, data integrity checks, issue resolution, and report creation, primarily within UKG Pro Core and UTA. Serve as system administrator for PTO and Benefits in UKG Pro Core and UTA Provide daily support for HCM and PTO systems Configure systems to meet business and user needs Support project lifecycles: scope, requirements, testing, and implementation Maintain documentation: process flows, SOPs, system diagrams Conduct system audits and ensure data integrity Troubleshoot issues and partner with vendors for resolutions Create and improve reports using UKG BI, UTA Cognos, and MicroStrategy Required Skills: 3+ years in HR systems 2+ years in benefits/time-off administration (knowledge of compliance and policies) 1+ year in report writing (drag-and-drop tools or SQL-based reporting) Strong communication and analytical skills Advanced Excel and MS Office skills Bonus/Soft Skills: Experience with PTO configuration in UKG Pro Core and UTA Familiarity with vendors such as BSwift, Fidelity, Health Equity Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business Admin, or HR Welcome to ConsultNet and the family of companies, Tekne, SaltClick, TechBridge, and OmniMedia.
