📋 HRIS Specialist – Temporary Contract

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 3–6 months (with possible extension)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours (with occasional off-hour support)

🔍 Position Summary

We’re seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist with strong Kronos or Oracle expertise to manage and maintain our Human Resources Information Systems. You will ensure data integrity, optimize system performance, and serve as the primary technical resource for HRIS users across the organization.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• System Maintenance & Optimization
• Configure and maintain Kronos or Oracle HRIS modules (timekeeping, workforce management, employee data)
• Apply software updates, patches, and enhancements
• Data Management
• Create, update, and audit employee records, job codes, and organizational structures
• Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies
• Reporting & Analytics
• Develop standard and ad-hoc HRIS reports for HR leadership and operational managers
• Analyze system data to identify trends and support decision-making
• User Support & Training
• Act as the go-to HRIS expert, fielding inquiries from HR staff and end users
• Provide hands-on training and develop user guides/documentation
• Process Improvement
• Partner with HR and IT to streamline workflows, automate manual tasks, and enforce best practices
• Recommend and implement system enhancements to improve efficiency and compliance

✅ Qualifications

• Experience:
• 3+ years as an HRIS Analyst/Specialist supporting Kronos or Oracle HCM/Workforce Management systems
• Prior experience in a healthcare or large unionized environment preferred
• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency with Kronos Workforce Dimensions / Oracle HCM Cloud or Workforce modules
• SQL skills for data extraction and report writing
• Familiarity with SFTP, APIs, or middleware integrations a plus
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail
• Strong communication and training abilities; comfortable presenting to diverse audiences
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
