Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Assist with specification of design elementsAssist with presentation materials as neededAssist with CAD work as neededAssist with social mediaAssists with procurement and installations as neededAssists with miscellaneous projects tasks as needed such as errands, shipping, procurement, etc.Delivers materials for shipment, purchases and returnsLog shipping/receiving for goodsMaintain project drawers and update with current samplesMaintain Materials Library and update with current samplesAnswer Phones and check our general email box daily and consistentlySkills & Specifications:Proficient in computer programs such as Google Suite , Adobe Photoshop, Sketch-Up, AutoCAD.Excellent design organizational skillsExcellent sketching and drawing skills or demonstrate an excellence in visually expressing their ideas.Able to work independently and with a team simultaneouslyCapable of multitasking and able to initiate solutions to both design and office challenges along with asking whats next upon completion of tasks.Ability to meet deadlines in timely mannerMaintain positive attitude while wearing many hatsExcellent Customer ServiceGreat communication skills and the ability to work and follow up via phone calls.This is a full-time positionPrimary hours are normal business hours, Monday through Friday.At times, evening and weekend availability may be required.Candidate Requirement:Position is open to students currently pursuing a bachelors degree.Knowledge of furniture periods and Architectural Styles with excellent color senseProficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop and Google Suite & SketchUp is a plus.Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly often against tight deadlinesPossess strong verbal, written and visual communication skills with all levels of employees, management and outside partiesDemonstrate creative abilities and applied problem-solving skillsStrong abilities to work in a team setting and achieve results through collaboration and sharingProven ability to self-manage and demonstrate a high level of professional maturityMust be quality minded and self-motivatedJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Jupiter, FL 33469: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience:Interior design: 1 year (Required)Work Location: In person
