We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Marketing and Operations Software Platform Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will assist in managing and optimizing our IT marketing and operations platforms to support key business partners
**What You Will Do:**
+ Assist in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of IT marketing and operations platforms that support creative and demand generation marketing, product information, and communications.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather platform requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
+ Help customize and configure the platform to streamline marketing and operational workflows and processes.
+ Support the integration of other systems, such as CRM, ERP, and project management tools, to ensure seamless data flows.
+ Monitor platform performance, identify issues, and assist in implementing solutions to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Write product and process documentation and provide training and support to platform users, ensuring they can leverage its full capabilities.
**What You Need to Succeed:**
+ Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
+ Basic understanding of IT marketing and operations software platforms.
+ Familiarity with marketing and operational processes and methodologies.
+ Experience with CRM systems or Adobe suite of products a plus
+ Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
+ Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
+ Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
+ Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
