LHH Recruitment Solutions is excited to announce a partnership with a leading Fortune 500 company in their search for Junior Financial Analysts. These positions are based in Lawrenceville, NJ area and will require onsite presence at their New Jersey offices.

Pay: $21-24/hr.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about finance and eager to contribute to the success of a dynamic organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office tools.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and external clients, supporting various financial transactions, reports, and analyses while ensuring adherence to financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process routine financial transactions, including trade processing, payment processing, data entry, and report generation, following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Generate and analyze reports to provide insights and support decision-making for internal teams and external clients.
  • Deliver timely, professional, and effective service to internal business partners and external clients, assisting with financial inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance financial processes to boost efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Ensure all financial activities comply fully with IRS rules, regulations, and internal policies.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience working with financial statements and records, with a strong attention to detail.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Solid understanding of financial rules, regulations, policies, and standards, with the ability to adhere to IRS guidelines.
  • Proven experience in customer service, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively and professionally.
  • Strong research and problem-solving abilities to analyze and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
