Job Summary

A Lead PCP Recruiter Operations will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the recruitment operations for Primary Care Physicians (PCPs) within the organization. They will lead a team of recruiters, develop and execute strategic recruitment plans, and ensure the seamless execution of the end-to-end recruitment process for PCP positions. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare recruitment, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet organizational staffing needs.

Essential Job Functions

  • Team Leadership - Lead and manage a team of PCP recruiters, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills of the recruitment team.
  • Strategic Recruitment Planning - Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans. Collaborate with senior leadership.
  • End-to-End Recruitment Process - Oversee the entire PCP recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and establish candidate profiles.
  • Sourcing and Networking - Develop and maintain relationships with key sources for PCP candidates, including medical schools, residency programs, and professional organizations.
  • Candidate Evaluation and Selection - Implement effective screening and interviewing processes. Work closely with hiring managers to facilitate the interview and selection process.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting - Track and analyze recruitment metrics. Generate regular reports on key performance indicators and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • The position manages recruiters of the area, their hiring process and performance evaluation.

Required Education

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, with a focus on recruiting Primary Care Physicians (2+ years).

  • Familiarity with relevant healthcare regulations and compliance.
