OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

  • They are looking for an Office Administrator who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of their office, supporting various departments & contributing to their continued success.

OVERVIEW OF THE OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Office Administrator answers incoming calls and directs inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and managing mail.
  • Order and maintain office supplies to ensure smooth operations.
  • Office Administrator assists the AP and AR departments with invoice processing, record-keeping, and other tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to support various projects and initiatives.
  • Manage digital calendars and schedule appointments as required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Office Administrator must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
