Searching for a game-changer with a strong work ethic to be a reliable, contributing member of a team. Someone with a paralegal or office management background could be a good fit for this opportunity. Should be a self-starter that is motivated, educated, energetic, empathetic, and self-driven for our Sun Valley team.

The successful candidate will have experience with frequent, direct interaction with visitors in a VERY busy office environment daily. It is essential to our team that we find the right person who has:

- The right balance of interpersonal, office discipline, sales skills.

-Excels in customer relationship management.

- Ideally masters a second language (verbal and written).

-Strong multi-tasker

-Working knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word.

- Experience with remote procedures including digital signature software (Dropbox),

- Skilled at conflict resolution.

-Embraces technology.

-High level of attention to detail, sales experience, and impeccable grammar.

-Automotive, check writing, scheduling, insurance claims, Quickbooks and/or accounts receivable experience is desirable.

Job skills and duties:

  • Diplomatic communication and project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills using mail, text, phone and in person.
  • Must be comfortable with face-to-face interaction.
  • Intake vehicle and document condition to verify claim-related loss.
  • Ability to learn and apply insurance code as applicable to resolve auto damage claims.
  • Analytical approach to collect and recall information relevant for a successful outcome.
  • Communicate in process repair updates utilizing phone, text and/or email.
  • Mitigate conflicts in negotiating claims resolutions.
  • Ability to analyze and collect information utilizing proprietary CRM software.
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns and providing solutions.
  • Will learn to prepare and present basic estimates.
  • Sales lead activity reports for dealerships.
  • Process POS transactions.
  • Audit files to prepare for final bill.
  • Maintain accounts receivables current within 30 days.
  • Strong learning discipline.
  • Manage office calendar and schedule events.
  • Answer incoming customer inquiries.
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
  • Familiary with BAR code and I-CAR training is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

 

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

 

Expected hours: 40 per week
