Position Summary:

As an Independent Painter with CareerLINK Staffing, you will be responsible for providing high-quality painting services for residential and commercial projects. We are seeking skilled professionals with a keen eye for detail, excellent craftsmanship, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed.
• Apply paint, stain, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
• Ensure proper mixing and matching of paint colors and finishes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice.
• Complete projects within agreed timelines and to the highest standards of quality.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets specifications and client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a painter with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• In-depth knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to prepare surfaces and apply finishes with precision and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Physical stamina and the ability to handle various working conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $20.50 - $33.10/hour.
