This role is perfect for someone who thrives on coordination, precision, and structured communication—especially within fast-paced, cross-functional environments. Opportunity to help shape and improve release processes for one of the most recognizable entertainment brands! Long-term contract opportunity! Hybrid (Most likely 4 days onsite)! Experience of the Right Candidate: 5+ years of experience as a Release Manager, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager. Strong organizational and documentation skills with laser-sharp attention to detail. Familiarity with PMI-style processes and standard project management methodologies. Hands-on experience with Smartsheet or similar release planning/tracking tools. Comfortable with data entry, validation, and reporting across release management systems Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. A self-starter who can adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. Responsibilities of the Right Candidate: Manage and track software and content releases using Smartsheet and related tools. Maintain and update deployment checklists, calendars, and coordination artifacts. Ensure all release data and documentation is complete, accurate, and timely. Partner with engineering, QA, and product stakeholders to ensure release timelines are met. Identify blockers early and communicate risks, timelines, and milestones to internal teams. Support retrospective reviews and drive process improvements across the release lifecycle.
