Our client is an award-winning, internationally recognized boutique architecture firm specializing in modern/contemporary high-end residential design.

We are seeking a talented Architectural Project Manager to help drive growth in the Austin region, with focus on creating warm, elegant, minimal homes that harmonize with their surroundings and emphasize sustainability and resilience.

The Role

As Project Manager, you'll collaborate closely with our principal to lead projects from initial concept through final delivery.

• You'll oversee all aspects of the design process, work with the clients, manage consultant and builder relationships, and ensure the highest standards of quality and execution.
• This position offers potential for growth into a broader leadership role within the firm.
• We are primarily focused on Central Texas projects and this position is in-person/onsite, with some opportunity for remote work.

Core Requirements

• 5-7+ years' experience in contemporary high-end residential work in the United States
• Professional architectural license preferred
• LEED accreditation is a plus
• Exceptional design sensibility
• Demonstrated ability to manage consultant teams and project timelines
• Expertise in high-end detailing, materials selection, and technical documentation
• Strong knowledge of building systems, construction administration, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Autocad, required. Revit proficiency a plus.
• US Citizen or current US Employment Authorization Document. No VISA sponsorships.
