Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design and Architecture:
   • Lead the technical design of Salesforce-based Revenue and Billing solutions using Salesforce Revenue Cloud , Salesforce Billing , and Salesforce CPQ .
   • Define architecture, technical strategies, and best practices for implementing billing and revenue recognition processes across different business units.
   • Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce Billing with Salesforce CPQ, ERP systems, and other back-office systems.
2. Billing and Revenue Recognition Implementation:
   • Architect and configure the end-to-end process for billing, including order-to-cash, invoicing, revenue recognition, and subscription billing.
   • Design solutions for recurring billing, multi-currency, tax calculations, proration, and usage-based billing, ensuring compliance with financial and accounting regulations.
   • Lead the setup and customization of Salesforce Revenue Cloud to manage subscription pricing, renewals, revenue scheduling, and forecasting.
3. Customization and Development:
   • Customize Salesforce Billing features using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies to meet specific business needs.
   • Oversee the development of custom solutions where standard Salesforce Billing features do not meet requirements.
   • Ensure robust testing, validation, and deployment processes for custom solutions.
