Senior Construction Project Manager

Kapella Group / Global Construction is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in managing commercial renovation projects ranging from $250K to $15 million . This position will be based out of our Colorado office, overseeing our production division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of occupied space renovations , coordinating logistics to minimize disruption to residents, staff, or tenants.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and labor across multiple concurrent sites.
• Coordinate with clients and onsite staff (property managers, executive directors, etc.) to ensure work is aligned with operational constraints.
• Ensure clean work zones, clear signage, daily housekeeping, and site safety compliance.
• Review and coordinate design documents, change orders, material procurement, and inspections.
• Conduct regular site walks, manage daily logs, and proactively address schedule or quality issues.
• Serve as the key liaison between ownership, field teams, and internal leadership.
• Lead project meetings, produce updates, and support billing and documentation efforts.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 10-15 years in successful project management of commercial renovation and construction projects.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to manage clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and adapt to changing project needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Senior Care Facility Renovation : 5 years (Preferred)
• Occupied Space Renovation : 5 years (Preferred)
