The service porter/valet is responsible for supporting the service department by moving and organizing vehicles, maintaining cleanliness of the service area and assisting customer needs. This is a critical role ensuring the efficient operation of the service department and providing a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Assist in the vehicle check in process, including greeting customers
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service drive and customer waiting area
• Wash and vacuum customer vehicles as needed
• Assist service advisors and technicians with various tasks as requested
• Maintain readiness of Service Loaners
• Follow all dealership safety and operational policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Able to work flexible schedules and some Saturdays
• Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality, eagerness to improve
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
• Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
• Valid driver license and clean driving record
