Job Description

Genius Talent is growing and looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team! As a Sr. TAP, you will be responsible for tapping into the market to find, source, attract, and hire talent for our client's open needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop recruitment goals and objectives
  • Develop sustainable recruiting strategies based on our clients' goals and needs
  • Search resume databases for the best candidates
  • Communicate with Client Hiring Managers
  • Determine the effectiveness and success of current recruiting plans and strategies
  • Write and proofread job descriptions
  • Recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
  • Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates
  • Use multi-channel approach to recruit
  • Identify key recruiting KPIs
  • Plan and implement a Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategy to attract high quality applicants
  • Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
  • Interview candidates to determine goals, skills and interests
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration with 2+ years of experience as a technical or professional recruiter OR 5+ years recruiting experience in lieu of a degree
  • Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements
  • Ability to quickly decipher resumes for open positions
  • Some understanding of basic marketing strategies
  • A keen eye to spot problems and bring solutions /ideas to solve them
  • Team first mentality

  • Great interpersonal and communication skill
