A boutique commercial real estate development firm with overseas backing is seeking a Vice President of Asset Management to join their team in Boston, MA. Reporting to the Head of Asset Management, the VP will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial real estate properties, developing strategic asset management plans, overseeing asset acquisition and disposition strategies, and collaborating with property management teams to enhance property operations and profitability. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business/Real Estate, at least 5 years of experience in commercial real estate asset management, and the ability to work at least 3 days per week in the Boston office.The role offers a competitive remuneration package, including a base salary of $175,000 to $180,000, a performance-related bonus scheme of 15% to 20%, and a competitive benefits package.
