About the Role

Seeking a talented Web & Digital Support Specialist to elevate our digital presence and support member experience across our platforms.

This position combines web development expertise with member-focused technical support. You'll maintain our Wix-based website infrastructure while ensuring our members and staff have seamless access to digital resources and tools.

Key Responsibilities

Website Development & Maintenance

  • Manage and optimize our Wix-based website for performance, accessibility, and user experience
  • Develop new features that enhance member engagement and streamline digital interactions
  • Utilize Wix Editor and Wix Velo (formerly Corvid) to implement custom functionality
  • Ensure website security, proper backups, and optimal performance
  • Implement SEO best practices and analytics tracking to measure engagement

Membership & Digital Support

  • Provide responsive technical support to members navigating our website and digital resources
  • Troubleshoot account issues and assist with membership sign-ups and renewals
  • Ensure smooth operation of online event registration, member portals, and payment processing
  • Collaborate with membership and marketing teams to enhance user journeys and digital touchpoints

Technical & IT Support

  • Deliver basic IT support to staff, resolving software and system issues
  • Maintain integrations between our Wix site, CRM, and email platforms
  • Implement automation tools to improve organizational workflows
  • Monitor digital communication systems to ensure reliable member interactions

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • 2+ years web development experience, preferably with Wix or similar website builders
  • Familiarity with Wix Editor and Wix Velo for custom functionality
  • Experience with website optimization techniques and analytics
  • Familiarity with membership portals and online payment systems
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities and customer service orientation
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Self-motivated with proven ability to manage priorities independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with membership-based organizations or associations
  • Knowledge of customer support platforms
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and website accessibility standards
  • Experience with Wix app integrations and workflow automation tools
