Guests open the link, read it in their own language and answer from the same screen. Every reply lands in one list, with the count ready for the caterer.
Does it work in Greek and English?
Yes. One tap switches the whole invitation between the two. Family in Athens and friends in London read the same page, each in their own language.
Do guests need an app?
No. It is a link. It opens in the phone’s browser, on any phone, with nothing to install. Send it by WhatsApp, by message or by email.
Can guests add it to their calendar?
Yes. One tap adds the day to the phone’s calendar, with the venue and the time already in place, so nobody has to type anything.
How do RSVPs work?
Guests reply on the invitation itself: coming or not, how many, any dietary notes. Every reply lands in one list, with the count ready for the caterer and the seating plan.
Can we change the details after it goes live?
Yes. The schedule shifts, a venue changes, a photo gets swapped. Tell us and the invitation updates in place. The link stays the same, so nothing needs resending.
Can our planner handle it for us?
Of course, and most do. Planners set these up for their couples all the time. The form, the link and the replies can all go through the planner, so the couple sees only the finished invitation and the planner keeps the whole picture.
